HOW TO USE: - If used dry, swipe the powder puff onto the compact/loose powder. Then, tap lightly onto the skin until the powder is evenly applied. Use short, gliding motions to settle any excess product - If used wet, apply the makeup product directly onto your skin, on the back of the hand, or onto the puff itself - For contouring or highlighting, stroke the puff upwards where you want the contour to be, then use tapping motions to blend it out
