FDA, Norwegian and German health agencies have raised a concern that daily skin application of vitamin A creams may contribute to excessive vitamin A intake for pregnant women and other populations.

    Tocopheryl Acetate is made up to acetic acid and Tocopherols (Vitamin E), and a common form of Vitamin E used in cosmetics. Vitamin E is a well known anti-oxidant. Vitamin E has great moisturizing capabilities. It's great for improving dry skin and even atopic dermatitis. Vitamin E also has shown to have anti-inflammatory effects for skin irritated by sun exposure and anti-aging effects.
