If I were to pick only one product from Sensatia Botanicals, this (and the body lotion from the same line to pair with) would be the one. I have been a fan of Sensatia Botanicals and the Calming line is my favorite from the brand. I have been using and loving this body wash for a few years now and this is definitely an ultimate favorite of mine—earning a holy grail status. Due to the nature of my dry body skin, I prefer going for sulfate-free body care products. I have not been keeping myself off this body wash ever since I first tried it. This is a staple in my bathroom (as well for travels). Been through bottles of this and I always keep on repurchasing this beautiful product. All of their body washes are well-formulated and balanced with great cleansing properties and beautiful scents without being drying or stripping to the skin. Yet to me, this is the best all-around. First of all, I really like the scent of the Calming line. Cannot get over the lovely subtle blend of invigorating Grapefruit, aromatic Lavender, soothing Chamomile—wrapped up with the beautiful Jasmine Sambac (one of my top favorites when it comes to scents). Just like its name, it evokes a calming, delicate scent; making every shower a moment to look forward to and cherish. Albeit formulated with all-natural ingredients, this body wash still delivers a great cleanse. The texture is quite light but not too runny; just the right level of viscosity to give a great lather. I always purchase the 500 mL bottle and the pump dispenses just the right amount. Two or three pumps are sufficient for the entire body, though I like to use a bit more as I enjoy it. It does not foam up much, yet it still glides, lathers and washes out really nicely. This body wash leaves the skin feeling refreshed, clean and comfortable; not drying and stripping; lightly hydrating instead. Just as how they designed this line with sensitive skin in mind, it becomes another plus point for me as this helps to calm down and soothe any redness, itchiness or inflammation on the skin. Formulation-wise, this is by far the most well-balanced body wash that I always keep on replenishing. I am really glad to see this body wash receiving awards on various online marketplaces and all the love because it is definitely well-deserved. I may explore other body washes every once in a while, but I always make sure to have this one ready at all times. Much love to Sensatia Botanicals for creating this brilliant product!
